Implement localization via Gettext. Based on the implementation of localization via Gettext contributed by Enrico Tröger, a few adjustments were made to allow Midori to be properly localized. Introduce descriptive comments meant to help translators intltool automatically embeds comments in the po template if they are directly before a translatable string.
