Christian Dywan 8fdb284b54 Implement Compact Add button, and readjust the Hildon toolbar 
Actions AddNewsFeed and AddDesktopShortcut are introduced and the
toolbar layout for Hildon is changed.

Desktop shortcuts are not implemented yet.
